DJ Smooth of Sick Rhythm Productions started playing music professionally back in 2013 and quickly earned a name for himself in the Arizona Latin DJ scene. Throughout his tenure in the Latin DJ scene, DJ Smooth performed alongside great artists such as Elvis Crespo, Maelo Ruiz, and Latin All-Stars Orchestra. DJ Smooth and his team Sick Rhythm Productions have done all types of events to include corporate events, weddings, holiday celebrations, theme events, and much more. DJ Smooth is an open format DJ playing all genres to fit the needs of the client. DJ Smooth became interested in music at age 11 and was influenced by genres including contemporary, jazz, and blues. DJ Smooth of Sick Rhythm Productions developed a unique style by experimenting with innovative mixing methods and layering different beats from the fundamentals of being an instrumentalist and vocalist. Many of his peers refer him as a music guru due to his extensive knowledge in music to include music from the 1950's to present day. Prior to becoming a DJ, DJ Smooth competed in several competitions across Arizona in vocal and instrumental music.
